OMG so hungry.

I would spice up the pita chips a bit (paprika/cayenne)? I've heard of zucchini guac but not edamame! YUM-O!

OMG this looks sooooo yummy. I don't really know the assignment but something not creamy for dessert? For the lactose intolerant ?? LOL

Its just an individual menu project, or first one. The only requirements were that we had this exact number of certain items. You did remind me that I forgot to mention which ones were vegetarian or vegan. Correcting now... Thank you for the icons!

All fish and Seafood. I was not allergic to Tuna... but it looks like I may be getting sesitive to it.
Black pepper, any peppercorns really, msg, seasoning salt, and I think I am missing something....

And I just do not like mushrooms.

I remembered the other one.. Wasabi. It bushwacked me at Costco one day, it was in a ranch dressing I was trying... took me 15 minutesof sucking onmy puffer to breathe. I guess this is in part why I am no longer adventurous in food... I never know when its going to kill me.

The only thing I would change is do not use woodsy to describe rosemary - it's not a good descriptive word to make someone hungry. It makes me think about eating a stick - no thanks. Replace it with "aromatic" and it will sound a lot more appealing.

And if you haven't seen this website already:

Pictures to turn into icons, awesome herb descriptions and adjectives and more.

I would change "nestled" in the soup description to something else. It makes the broth sound really thick, which is not something I'd look for in a soup.

Also, WHERE ARE THE RECIPES PLZTHX. Yum.

Pumpkin creme brulee sounds so good it should be a controlled substance. The only thing that doesen't jump out at me is the Thai Chicken salad, but this isn't to say that it isn't a great addition to the menu.

Everything sounds great- just one suggestion: Maybe the vegan dishes could have a (Ve)? I don't mean to nitpick, but as a vegan, I see a big difference between vegetarian foods and vegan foods.

DELICIOUS.

What are the sausages made of in your soup? How does it go with a beef broth AND tortellini?

Just curious.
