So, I made this up tonight after realizing how much I had been dying for Thai food. It came out really well, except for the fact that I didnt have kefir lime leaves or lemongrass. It came out well, anyways.

Mmmm...lemongrass = the sex. If'n you want, i can give you the recipe for the soup I made, or find you some delicious recipes that also have lemongrass in them.

We live in Homewood. It's a nice neighborhood with reasonably priced houses that are all pretty nice. It's also a skip to I-80 so you can go to school in Joliet:)

For the record, Penzy's lemongrass is cheapo and excellent! They have a store in Oak Park, IL and there's always mailorder - the spices are great and very inexpensive.
