terrorlynnSo, I made this up tonight after realizing how much I had been dying for Thai food. It came out really well, except for the fact that I didnt have kefir lime leaves or lemongrass. It came out well, anyways.

Date: 2007-02-04 08:09 pm (UTC)For the record, Penzy's lemongrass is cheapo and excellent! They have a store in Oak Park, IL and there's always mailorder - the spices are great and very inexpensive.
